Please find two unscaled horizontal acceleration time history records that were obtained from the
same earthquake but two pairs of different seismometer stations from the NGA-West2 database of
the pacific earthquake engineering research center(PEER)(https://ngawest2.berkeley.edu/).Please
carry out the following analyses and prepare a technical report on your findings.

中下载两对水平向加速度时程记录。两对记录需为来自于同一地震事件不同测站的时程记

(1)Plot the acceleration time histories of the two pairs of ground motions.Identify the peak ground
accelerations and the corresponding time,and the duration of the two pairs of records.
请绘制出两对(四条)加速度时程曲线。确定加速度时程曲线的峰值加速度及对应时刻,
以及两对时程曲线持时。
(2)Perform numerical integration in the time domain to get the velocity and displacement time
histories.Identify the peak values and the corresponding times.Compare the velocity and
displacement results with the ones obtained from PEER database.Are they exactly the same?
If not,please provide possible explanations.
通过数值积分计算对应的速度和位移时程曲线。确定速度和位移峰值及对应时刻。比较
PEER数据库中下载的速度和位移时程曲线,和积分结果是否完全一致。如果不一致,
试阐述可能原因。
(3)Perform Fast Fourier transform on the two pairs of acceleration records and compare the results
in the frequency domain.
对两对(四条)时程曲线进行傅里叶变换,分析比较频域下两个记录差异。
(4)Compute the pseudo-acceleration,pseudo-velocity and displacement response spectra using the
two pairs of acceleration records at 2%,5%and 10%damping ratios using Newmark Method,
respectively.Compare the different spectra corresponding to two acceleration time histories and
provide your findings on the results.
基于给定的两对(四条)加速度时程曲线,采用Newmark-β法分别计算阻尼比为2%,
5%和10%下的,伪加速度谱、伪速度和位移反应谱。比较加速度时程曲线对应各种不同
反应谱的异同之处,并阐述原因。
(5)Compute the actual acceleration,velocity and displacement response spectra using the two pairs
of acceleration records at 5%damping ratios using Duhamel's integral Method,respectively.
Compare the actual spectra corresponding to two acceleration time histories with the pseudo
spectra obtained in (4)and provide your discussion based on the results.
基于给定的两对(四条)加速度时程曲线,采用杜哈梅积分方法分别计算阻尼比为5%
下的加速度谱、速度和位移反应谱。与(4)中计算结果进行比较计算结果的异同之处,
并进行必要讨论。
